Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same individual, all accounts may be permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

Withdrawals & Cashouts

Withdrawals on KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Processing may take a little longer on weekends or public banking holidays.

Minimum withdrawal is BDT 500. The maximum limit depends on your account verification level and the payment method used. Fully verified accounts have significantly higher limits.

Yes. If you do not want a bonus at the time of deposit, select the "Deposit without bonus" option. If you have already claimed a bonus, contact support — they can cancel it before the wagering requirements are met (though any winnings from the bonus will also be forfeited).
